This free service is available for any inpatient currently at Caldwell County Hospital. Just complete the form below and follow the instructions to send your message. Caldwell County Hospital Patient Greetings are delivered by volunteers within 24 hours of submission, Monday through Friday (except national holidays). Patient Greetings received after noon on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

IMPORTANT
When you are filling out the form below, please make sure you include the patient's first and last name so our volunteer staff can make sure your Patient Greeting is delivered to the correct individual.
